Restore purchase problem

I was having problems with the app crashing immediately when opened. I tried restarting, and deleting and reinstalling the app, it still didnt work. Days later the problem resolved itself with no evidence as to why. Now that the app opens Ive tried multiple times to restore my purchase so the ads dont pop up, but it will not let me. Please fix this. (iPhone 6s version 10.2)
